Your Agency Ltd will provide professional OnlyFans management services to the Creator, including but not limited to account management, content strategy, subscriber engagement, chat operations, marketing, and growth optimization for the duration of this Agreement. The agreed content categories, formats, and deliverables will be documented separately in a content plan supplied by the Agency.
The Creator authorises Your Agency Ltd, and the team members and sub-contractors it engages, to act on the Creator's behalf for the purpose of delivering the Services. This authority expressly includes: (i) accessing, operating and managing the Creator's OnlyFans, Fansly and social media accounts; (ii) registering for and configuring third-party platforms on the Creator's behalf where required; (iii) communicating and corresponding with fans, subscribers and prospective subscribers as the Creator; and (iv) producing, scheduling, publishing and removing content on the Creator's accounts. This authority may be exercised until it is withdrawn in writing or this Agreement is terminated. For the avoidance of doubt, the Agency does not receive, hold or process the Creator's platform earnings at any point (see Service Fee & Invoicing).
The Creator confirms and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age, that they are the sole holder of the accounts to be managed, and that they are legally entitled to produce, distribute and sell adult content in their jurisdiction. The Creator agrees to complete the Agency's identity and age verification before this Agreement takes effect, and acknowledges that the Agency may suspend or terminate the Services if verification cannot be completed or is later found to be inaccurate. The Agency retains the verification result as a record evidencing the Creator's age and identity.
The Creator agrees to pay Your Agency Ltd a service fee equal to 40% of the earnings paid out to the Creator by OnlyFans (and any other managed platform) during the term of this Agreement — that is, after the platform's own fees but before the Agency's service fee. The Creator retains full custody of all earnings paid out by OnlyFans; the Agency does not collect, hold, or process Creator funds at any point. Your Agency Ltd will issue a weekly invoice to the Creator for the 40% service fee, payable by the Creator to the Agency via the Agency's designated payment link.
The Creator shall settle the Agency's weekly invoice on a weekly basis, with payment due every Monday, via the Agency's designated secure payment link (processed by Stripe). The Creator agrees to maintain a valid payment method on file and authorises the Agency, through Stripe, to charge that payment method against each weekly invoice. The Creator is responsible for ensuring funds are paid in full and on time, and for keeping their payment details accurate and up to date at all times. Invoices not paid by the due date may accrue interest at four per cent (4%) per annum above the European Central Bank base rate, accruing daily until paid, and the Creator shall reimburse the Agency's reasonable costs of recovering any overdue amount. Invoices unpaid beyond seven (7) days may result in suspension of the Services until the balance is settled in full.
