Do you store the ID documents?+
Verification is handled by Didit, the regulated provider, which holds the documents. BIGROS stores the verification result, and your admins can view the documents on demand, pulled live. Keeping your own retained copies is an optional setting that stays off unless you turn it on.
Is BIGROS GDPR compliant?+
BIGROS is built for UK and EU GDPR — data minimisation, encryption, role-based access, and a Data Processing Agreement for every agency. Your agency remains the controller of your data and BIGROS is your processor. This isn’t legal advice, and your obligations vary by country.
What about US §2257 record-keeping?+
