Last updated 19 July 2026 Β· BIGR Impact Media Ltd
This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you use the BIGROS website and subscribe to our service. For the terms that govern the service itself, see our Terms of Service.
1. Who we are
BIGROS is operated by BIGR Impact Media Ltd (βweβ, βusβ, βourβ), a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about privacy through our contact page.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data we handle as a controller: visitors to our website, people who make an enquiry, and the administrators of agencies that subscribe to BIGROS. Where an agency uses BIGROS to manage its own talent and staff, that agency is the controller of the data it puts into its workspace, and we act as its processor under a Data Processing Agreement β this policy does not govern that data.
3. Information we collect
We collect:
- Enquiry & contact details β the name, email, agency name and message you send through our forms.
- Account & billing details β details of the agency and its administrators, and billing information processed by our payment provider.
- Usage & technical data β how you use the site, plus device, browser and IP information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Support communications β messages you send us and our replies.
4. How we use it, and our lawful bases
We use personal data to:
- respond to your enquiries and provide support β our legitimate interest in answering you;
- provide, administer and bill the BIGROS service β to perform our contract with you;
- keep the service secure and improve it β our legitimate interest in running a safe, reliable product;
- send service messages, and marketing where you have opted in β consent, which you can withdraw at any time;
- meet our legal and regulatory obligations β compliance with the law.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers are located outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on an appropriate safeguard such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or a valid adequacy decision.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. Enquiry data is kept while we follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards; account and billing records are kept for the life of the account and any period we are legally required to retain financial records.
9. Your rights
Subject to the law, you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us through our contact page. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissionerβs Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.
10. Security
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and separation of each customerβs data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
11. Children
BIGROS is a business tool intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date below and, where appropriate, let you know.
13. Contact us
