How are OnlyFans chatters paid?
Agencies usually pay chatters one of three ways: by the hour, a % of the sales they make in chat (PPV and tips), or a small base plus a %, which rewards selling without leaving them with nothing on a slow week. Decide whether their % is worked out on what fans spend or on what OnlyFans pays out after its 20%, and write it down. Use the calculator to compare the options and see the weekly payslip.

In BIGROS, each chatter’s hours come straight from the rota onto their weekly payslip, with their sales commission and any bonus as their own lines, in their own currency. Mark it paid and your live P&L updates itself. No spreadsheet.
The maths, in plain English
Hours a week × 4.33 gives the hours in a month. Times the hourly rate is their base pay.
Their % of the PPV and tips they sell in chat, on fan spend or on the payout after OnlyFans’ 20%.
A one-off for hitting a target or covering a shift. Keep it as its own line so it’s clear.
Pay ÷ sales shows what each dollar of chat sales costs you in chatter pay.
Creators compare agencies. The professional one wins.
The first thing a creator sees is what you hand them. A WhatsApp message and a Google Doc, or their own app in your brand with a signed contract, a content plan and weekly invoices.

Questions agencies ask
How much do OnlyFans chatters make per month?+
It depends on their hours, rate and sales. As an example, a chatter on $5 an hour for 40 hours a week, plus 5% of $8,000 of monthly chat sales (after OnlyFans’ 20%), earns about $1,187 a month. Put your own numbers into the calculator to see their monthly salary and weekly payslip.
Should I pay OnlyFans chatters hourly or commission?+
Hourly is simple and fair while a chatter is learning. Commission rewards selling but can feel risky on slow weeks. Many agencies use a small base plus a % of sales, so good chatters earn more and nobody goes home with nothing.
Is chatter commission on gross or net sales?+
Either works if it is written down. Gross (what fans spend) is easier to check; net (after OnlyFans’ 20%) matches what the agency actually receives. The calculator shows both.
How do I track chatter hours?+
Put every shift on a rota. In BIGROS, the hours on the rota go straight onto the chatter’s weekly payslip, so there’s nothing to add up.
How do I pay chatters who live abroad?+
Most chatting teams work remotely, many in the Philippines and Latin America. BIGROS makes each payslip in the chatter’s own currency; you then pay them how you already do, such as Wise or a bank transfer.
What should a chatter cost as a share of their sales?+
There is no single right number; it depends on your margins and what the creator earns. Use the “Of their sales” figure to make sure chatter pay leaves room for the creator’s share and your agency’s.
